The Industrial Mondenisation Center in Cooperation with Egypt National Council of Textiles are hereby inviting you to tender number 01/2017 .

for Conducting Feasibility and Economic Viability Study & Master plan to establish an Industrial “Textile City” in El-Menya Governorate-Egypt

1. Tenders must be submitted to the Industrial Modernisation Centre at the below given address on or before Feb 12^Th 2017, no later than 12:00 noon. No tenders will be considered after the above deadline.
2. Clarification session /pre-bid conference will be held on Jan 31^St 2017, at 10:00am at IMC’s premsies .
3. Tender intvitation is globally open on equal terms to all legal entities.
4. Tender opening session will be held on Feb 12^Th 2017, at 12:15 pm at IMC’s premises .
5. The full tender dossier could be purchased at a cost fee of $700 (Seven hundred USD) (non-refundable) . Upon emailing a scanned bank deposit confirmation slip, for the tender dossier price ($700) deposited to our IMC account, as per the below given bank details, A scanned soft copy of tender dossier will be forwarded to you by email. An authorized delegate from your company, could come up to IMC (Ms. Nermin Gamal) with the same scanned bank deposit confirmation slip for a hard copy of the dossier,
6. Please send above proof of TG price deposit to rafifi@imc-egypt.org and ngamal@imc-egypt.org.
7. Tenderers must provide a tender guarantee for an amount of $ 2,500 (only Two thousand and five hundred USD). Tender guarantee should be enclosed within your administrative envelope at the time of submission of offers.
8. In case of wire transfer a copy of your tender guarantee should be e-mailed to above given email addresses rafifi@imc-egypt.org & ngamal@imc-egypt.org no later than Tuesday Feb 7th
